Although they seem to have been very quiet for a long time, it is good to hear that Sissy & The Blisters have returned with a new single.
In fact, aside from the excellent Vicious, a Record Store Day split 7” release with Devin (and available now from Sissy’s Facebook page now as a Free Download), it will have been a long eleven months from the release of the Let Her Go EP back in October 2011 to Sissy’s new single Killing Time out on 27th August.
The simple fact is, by the end of 2011, the band had put out all the music they’d ever written, so they had to go and write and record some more.
The first fruits of their labours is Killing Time, have a listen.
