We have long been admirers of Grass House on MM, ever since they announced themselves early in 2010, with the wonderful Plough More Sky EP (containing brilliant lead track A Cockroach, still a regular on MM playlists to this day) and then followed it up with a consistent series of top-notch singles and EPs.

To our mind, they have not received anything like the acclaim or ‘the buzz’ that they’ve deserved, whilst other (lesser) bands have gone on to do exactly that. Their new single via Dancing Coins, The Boredom Rose, is described as having a “rich Americana sound“, and easily maintains the very high standards they have set themselves.
