Somehow we missed this in the ongoing deluge of e-mails into our in-box, and having posted about Team Genius and their effervescent indie rock back in August of last year, we still wanted to get this up in a typical blogger’s case of ‘better late than never’.
They have just simultaneously released three EPs Pop Songs, Loud Songs and Whiskey Songs (which in Seven Years features one of the best heavy drinking songs we’ve ever heard), all in advance of forthcoming album New York Songs.
