Amongst our favourite discoveries of the Green Man Festival over the weekend was the captivating performance of Marika Hackman who followed a gorgeous set in the sunshine on the Walled Garden stage with a equally stunning and intimate acoustic set in the Rough Trade tent.

Mixing a Nico style vocal delivery with often darker-than-night lyrics, she was an absolute delight and we are looking forward to getting intimately acquainted with her recent mini-album release That Iron Taste that both Barry-Sean and I purchased on the spot.
