We’re a little late to this one, but Australian band the John Steel Singers are best known for their ‘60s-flavored pop, falsettos, and sky-high harmonies. They recently released their debut album Tangalooma and it is a brilliant combination of indie rock meets dance-a-long pop, whilst maintaining their feel for unassumingly darker storylines. This has been their trademark on hits such as Overpass, Rainbow Kraut and The Masochist.
