Appropriately enough, boasting a sleeve that looks like it comes straight out of 1971, Spellbinder, the new single from Reading groove rockers Tail Feather is a gem of classic psychedelic rock.

And despite the look and obvious retro influences such as Pink Floyd and early Fleetwood Mac, the single also sits more than comfortably in the company of the current crop of modern day exponents of the genre such as Tame Impala, Pond, Tweak Bird and the like.

Spellbinder is out on the 12th August. This one comes highly recommended. Have a listen below.
