New From Wolf Alice

The hotly tipped London four piece Wolf Alice have announced details of their new EP, Creature Songs, which will be released on the 26th May through Dirty Hit Records.

While we’ve enjoyed previous releases, this EP looks, and sounds, like a big step forward, especially lead track, Moaning Lisa Smile, which opens the EP and showcases the band at their most powerful. It is a snarling single of skyscraping proportions that’s quickly become a fan favourite at the band’s live shows.

Storms meanwhile is attention stealing in its blistering wall of noise opening, as ever complimented by the dynamic beauty of Ellie Rowsell’s chameleon vocal.
