Brooklyn-based fuzzcore rockers, Mount Sharp, have shared their new single Icarus taken from their forthcoming six track EP, Weird Fears, which drops this August via YK Records.
First impressions are of a classic indie track of melody and distortion, but one that takes the summery feel and infects it with an eerie tinge that tips it over into territory that is delightfully uneasy.
Perhaps the most discombobulating song of the summer so far…?
