We’re very taken with this cover of Camper Van Beethoven’s jangly classic track Sometimes by the curiously named SpelZ. It gives it a lovely upbeat psych-pop feel and is part of a new EP called The Ocean of Stories.

Apparently, they have a full album ready for release in the autumn called The Book of the Forest, which is on the more folky side of psychedelia. We’ll keep our ears and eyes open for that but until then download the new EP from CD Baby here.
