Prosthesis is the fourth album in five years from Mark Ryan’s shadowy, shape-shifting “solo” band Mind Spiders.

Based in Ft. Worth, TX, Mind Spiders launched pretty much immediately after his last project, the well-loved, highly-influential Marked Men went on indefinite hiatus at the beginning of 2009.

Incorporating garage rock, post-punk, bedroom pop, krautrock, and tons of other obscure references throughout the eight song LP, everything blends seamlessly into ominous, bleak (yet somehow still effortlessly catchy) dark pop explorations.
