Honeyblood the Glasgow two-piece, have shared their incendiary new single and video Ready For Magic.

Detuned doom riffage and disco-punk rhythms make space for a tornado of a chorus ode to “the explosive nature of infatuation“. It is a perfect match for the video which is set in post-apocalyptic Scottish countryside, and follows a tribe of young feral girls who’ve been abandoned and left to fend for themselves in a dystopian world. We won’t completely spoil its ending, but safe to say that there is a grizzly fate.

It comes from their upcoming second album, the emphatically titled Babes Never Die, out on Fat Cat Records October 28th.
