We previously shared the outstanding the bottle’s my lover, she’s just my friend from Field Medic’s new album fade into the dawn.

The record is out now and can be got for just $5 via Bandcamp, with vinyl and cassette versions also available. It is Field Medic’s (aka Kevin Sullivan’s) first proper full-length release for Run For Cover Records and his first since making the leap to full-time musician.

A collection of darkly sparse and melancholic folk, it really is a cracking album, which calls to mind some previous MM faves such as Benjamin Shaw, Matthew Sawyer, and Damon Moon & The Whsipering Drifters, and we have a couple more tracks from it should you need any more convincing.
