Stockholm garage pop act Lucern Raze has unveiled new single Someone Like You, from the upcoming debut LP Stockholm One, (due on February 25 via PNKSLM Recordings on vinyl and digitally and Burger Records on cassette).

It follows on from previous singles Sunshine Blues and Yours To Keep (featuring another MM fave, The Hanged Man).

Lucern Raze is the new project from Luke of London’s Sex Beet, that got shedloads of hype a couple of years ago for a few singles, and spent three years going wild around Europe and America with acts like Thee Oh Sees, Black Lips and Best Coast. The story goes that in the midst of recording their debut album in Berlin Luke lost his mind and moved from London to Sweden where he’s spent the past few years being broke as hell, working every job imaginable, as well as starting up PNKSLM Recordings.

Deserted in the midsummer ghost town of Stockholm in the summer of 2014 he spent 12 days writing, recording and mixing an album under the new name, so check out the fruits of his labours below.
