Well as if by magic as Mr Benn used to say…no sooner do we post a new track from the excellent Grass House than we also get a new track from their label mates The Sunderbans.

Death Stalks The Forest is another top notch slice of classic UK indie – these boys really do know how to put a song together and this one maintains the promise and quality of their earlier tracks that got us so excited in the first place. The naggingly insistent bassline is in place, as is the strong chorus and driving percussion – we’re willing to wager that this track is one that’ll be featuring on lots of playlists in the near future.

The Sunderbans and Grass House are without doubt two of the best new bands we’ve heard from the UK all year. Download the tracks from both bands, stick them on a CD for your girlfriend/boyfriend/granny and grab yourself some Mr Cool points – guaranteed.
