Armed with infectious songs full of love and wonder, Bird To Beast are a psych-folk duo spinning magic from the sounds of yesteryear. Their sweet melodies and soaring harmonies tip a hat to the greats like The Beach Boys, Kate Bush and The Beatles as well as contemporary singer-songwriters like Rufus Wainwright and James Mercer.

The band’s second single, a double A-side release of Elephant and the beautifully melancholic Winter Snow will see a release on the 13th January via MUK Records.

Here beneath the smoke stacks of cotton, brick and coal,
I’m laughing with the factory girls and the grocery boys,
loneliness in time will melt
