We first came across Owen Tromans on a split 7″ single with long-standing MM fave Wooden Wand, where they covered each other’s songs. It was more than enough for us to make a note of his name!

However, we missed his five track EP called For Haden which saw a release back at the beginning of last year via Sacred Geometry, and so better late than never, here is a pretty good taster from it.

In fact, Bella From The Witch Elm is as spookily beguiling and as creepily unsettling as you could ever wish for from traditional British folk music.
