Nathan Hall & The Sinister Locals are a Cardiff based psychedelic collective blending guitars, analogue synths, gizmos, haunted house organs, sound effects, beats and magic realist lyrics. in November they released a 22 track double album called On The Blink and have followed it up with a new three track release this week called New Eyes EP.

The opening title track really is rather good with more than an echo, or two, of the great Syd Barrett.
