Longstanding MM fave Sharon Van Etten released her brilliant epic album in 2010. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the album’s release, she asked fellow artists she admired to participate in an expanded reissue, where each artist would cover one different song from epic in their own style. The resulting epic Ten is a double LP featuring the original album plus the new album of epic covers and reimagined artwork.

Amongst the artists covering the tracks are Fiona Apple, Courtney Barnett and Lucinda Williams as well as this cracker from another longstanding MM fave band, IDLES who take on Peace Signs. She says “I feel very connected to IDLES and when I hear them covering Peace Signs, I hear another voice of mine deep from within.”
