Michael Doughty is an inspiration and influence for many a musician. Ahead of the release of his fourth solo album Yes and Also Yes – and first biographical offering The Book of Drugs, both released on 23rd January – the revered former Soul Coughing front-man is also giving us a musical taster in the form of seasonal single Holiday (What Do You Want?).

Not only that, but it is a duet with Roseanne Cash – it has delicately jolly sleigh bells, soft heart-warming melodies and harmonies, the sentimental talk of snowfall, Christmas lights and gifts. All wrapped in Doughty’s warm winter coat of country and Americana.
