Last year’s Menomena album Moms was a bit of a late discovery for us, but it has been a record we’ve been listening to solidly since then.

So we’re a bit quicker off the mark with this, their new single called Toomer, the lyrical meaning is clear, “I’m a cancer/you’re a tumor” as they carry over their themes of disease, despair and suffering from the album.

It is out digitally now.
