London based The Inky Depths play melodic indie in a slightly Big Star or Elliott Smith-type vein. They self-released an album, Just A Phase this week.
We have a couple of very promising tracks from it for you to check out and download – the hypnotically catchy November and the altogether noisier, janglier, Doesn’t Matter At All. Both are well worth investing some listening time in.
Order from the band’s website here. There earlier album A Simple Hello is available on a pay-what-you-want deal from their Bandcamp page here.
