Mad Mackerel Recommends… The Forty Nineteens

Mad Mackerel Recommends... The Forty Nineteens

Back in the summer of 2012 we posted about the excellent debut album No Expiration Date from raucous California garage rockers The Forty Nineteens.

The follow-up will be called Spin It and channels the spirit of such masters of their craft as the Byrds, Psychedelic Furs, Rolling Stones and the Ramones into a collection of fresh, sonic vignettes filled with harmonies, dirty guitars and pistol-crack percussion.

Spin It will be out on the 18th March via Heyday Records. Rock out to the garage-surf riffs of first single, Modern Romance.
