At the very end of 2014 Mike Collins Jr. released a new record Tryin’ To Stay Ahead on Fork & Spoon Records.

He has got stories to tell having travelled the world – hitchhiking through Europe, hopping freight trains in North America, sleeping whereever he can, on a stranger’s couch or under the stars –  busking his brand of one-man-band folk music.

Homesick Carolina Blues is the first single from the album.
