Vibrant, modern day punks – Hull four piece LIFE were one of our favourite discoveries playing live at Truck festival last summer.

This is their first new music since the release of their excellent debut album Popular Music.

Grown Up is another frenetic, raucous slice of muscular indie-rock that plays with the theme of adulthood; getting to grips with your responsibilities and behaving in a mature fashion – and while it is unmistakably LIFE, with typically caustic and clever wordplay – the single also sees the band hone in on a bigger and more focused sound.
