British psych-rock heavyweights Cult of Dom Keller have shared Infernal Heads, the latest track to be lifted from their forthcoming They Carried The Dead In A U.F.O LP that’s due out May 21st on Fuzz Club Records.
Since 2007 the band have been leaving a trail of sonic fever dreams, dark psychedelia and experimentalism that beats with a heavy industrial heart. A constantly evolving force, we are reliably informed Cult of Dom Keller’s incoming fifth album is the band’s heaviest and most experimental to date.
Driven by a thick, distorted groove, blasts of feedback and siren-like synths, Infernal Heads might feel like a mind- bending descent into some sort of sinister gothic underworld but the band describe it as a “twisted pop song” at heart – check out the evidence below.
