Wild Nothing is to all intents and purposes Jack Tatum. He mines a rich seam stretching from Cure-like synths to the catchy ultra-hip rhythms of The Drums. His debut album Gemini is imminent and is bursting at the seams with blissed out pop and classic indie melodies – just check out this advance taster called Chinatown – it is about as summery as you can get without it getting off the deck chair and preparing you a chilled glass of Pimms.

Watch out for this one – it could be massive.
