We have posted a couple of times previously about the pulsing, krautrock inspired post-punk of The Soft Moon and were big fans of their debut album released towards the end of last year.

So it is good to see they are back with a new EP titled Total Decay, which, appropriately enough gets a release on Halloween via the always excellent Captured Tracks label.

Take a listen to the ominous, swirling title track – as the name suggests, it is perhaps even bleaker and nihilistic than previous efforts…
