A couple more excellent free downloads have recently appeared on NoiseTrade, and are well worth picking up for the cost of an e-mail address.

The first is a five track live EP from the rising queen of new Country, Caitlin Rose and marks NoiseTrade’s inaugural Eastside Manor Sessions. She re-imagines songs from her latest album, the excellent The Stand-In, dressing them up in a lounge-tinged, vintage country vibe.

The second is a ten track label sampler from the superb Anti-Records (home of Dr. Dog – see our earlier post here) and features many MM stalwarts including Calexico, The Milk Carton Kids, Keaton Henson, Beth Orton and Neko Case as well as Mavis Staples and Tom Waits amongst others.
