Brisbane’s Virginia Sook are teaming up for a split release with Lake Michigan from the UK. Featuring two tracks each from both acts, this will be released on cassette on Ruined Smile in Brisbane, and Wolf Town DIY in the UK.
Virginia Sook’s two songs complement Lindsay Roser’s haunting vocals and harp with delicate, folky acoustics and percussion, and are a perfect match for the stripped-bare, melancholy meanderings of Lake Michigan.
