black midi are an enigmatic new London four-piece that are building quite a buzz for themselves.

Taut, frenetic, inventive, and with an off-kilter sound that is so completely their own, it is hard to find adequate words to describe their first single proper, bmbmbm. The best we can do is some anarchic mix of Girl Band, Fat White Family and Scottish legend Ivor Cutler.
