Pile – The Soft Hands Of Stephen Miller

In stark contrast to our earlier post featuring the sweet strum of The Lumineers we now have Pile’s new single – the excellently named The Soft Hands Of Stephen Miller. A song about the threat posed by the President’s far-right advisor.

It is noisy and brutal and ferocious and we are loving all two minutes of it – for anyone who has a tune by Big Black, Fugazi or Shellac in their iTunes this is for you – sparse, abrasive and uncompromising.

It comes from upcoming long player Green and Gray, which is out on the 3rd May via Exploding in Sound.
