Brooklyn’s Las Rosas will release their excellent Christa 7″ this Friday via Greenway Records. It’s currently available for pre-order on pink vinyl, limited to 200 copies.
The 7″ pairs the title track with an exclusive b-side Lost Cat. Both tracks feature the band’s catchy, effervescent, psych-tinged brand of garage rock.

The Mad Mackerel 
I just love the sloppy and riffy sound that comes out of these guys! There are some definite similarities to the Stones like the riffs and background “oooohhs”. Lead guitar is more modern but it’s the perfect blend. Looks like I need to spend some time on Las Rosas today!
