Round these parts we love Spray Paint who seemed to have carved out a completely unique sound and niche in the crowded post-punk arena. Since 2016’s Feel The Clamps long player, the band have shared their collaborations with Protomartyr, Ben Wallers, Ben Mackie, and Dan Melchior but not released anything new of their own.

That’s about to change with Into The Country, a new album with lyrics once again mined from the info wars comment section and various other stressful situations like airports and hospitals. It is out on October 25 via the 12XU label.

First single is the almost nine minute motorik menace of Cleaning Your Gun, a track that puts an unsettling, paranoid and disturbing dystopian near-future into vivid musical focus.
