Hailing from Northampton, Blood Visions play the sort of no holds barred, unapologetic punk rock that all too often comes across as little more than weakly derivative of what has gone before.

Thankfully not so with new single 01604ever, which is taken from their upcoming self-titled EP, this five-piece avoid all the usual pitfalls and best of all have taken the time and trouble to build their frenetic attack around a proper song. There are shades of Titus Andronicus for sure, but in a damn good way, and this is a track we’ve been blasting out all morning.
